| Welcome to our home on the web. Windstar is a small kennel in upstate New York, that shows and breed the parti color variety. I have been a cocker owner since 1990, and have been showing since 1993. I enjoy the excitement of the show ring, as well as the whelping box. My breeding program is limited to one or two litters a year. I breed on this very limited basis to insure that quality, temperament, conformation and health remains utmost in my program. All adults are OFA certified and are CERF'd annually. Our breed has several health issues and it is imperative that knowledge of these issues be use to plan litters and inform any and all persons wanting the information.
